Aaron Snyder is a member of The Boston Consulting Group’s Operations, Health Care, and Consumer practices and of the firm’s global topic leadership team for change management.

Since Aaron joined BCG in 2006, his work has covered the functional spectrum, including strategy, operations, organization, and marketing and sales. His deepest expertise is in operating-model transformation, cost transformation, operational excellence, supply chain optimization, and large-scale change.

Aaron has established and run a program management office through a multibillion-dollar merger, coordinated the cross-functional launch of a pharmaceutical product, defined a new operating model for a worldwide consumer packaged-goods company, upgraded innovation capabilities, diagnosed and improved end-to-end supply chains, and participated in various manufacturing-site-based improvement efforts.

He has also led pro bono efforts within the Miami community, most notably working with the Miami-Dade County Public Schools and the mayor’s office on youth safety.

Before joining BCG, Aaron was an associate at Pfizer in the global market-analytics group. He was previously an analyst in Lehman Brothers’ investment-banking division, and he cofounded and operated a small e-commerce business focused on the US college market.
